FAQs

Common Investor Questions

A comprehensive FAQ covering investment processes, withdrawals and security.

Legal Notice:

For ease of reference, the terms “Investor” and “Lender”, as well as “Investment” and “Loan”, may be used interchangeably throughout this FAQs Section and any associated materials. However, the legally operative terms for the purposes of this FAQs Section are “Lender” and “Loan”.

This Vehicle does not constitute a regulated financial instrument, collective investment scheme, or public offering of securities. Participation is strictly limited to members of the EffortlessWealthGroup (EWG) Private Investment Club and is governed solely by private contractual terms under the laws of England and Wales.

Investment Structure & Basics

#01. Is this a loan, equity, bond, or something else?

This is a private Bond Profit Share Agreement. As a Lender, you are loaning operational capital directly to Tajmas for a fixed 12-week maturity period. Your capital is returned in full at the end of that term, after which you begin earning a lifetime monthly profit share (30%) from the reinvested proceeds of your original capital, known as Lane Capital.

You do not receive equity and this is not a regulated security or retail bond. It is a private contractual arrangement facilitated by EWG, offering direct access to a proven capital deployment model within Tajmas’ import/export operations.

#02. What exactly am I investing into?

You are investing into the Global Trading Entity, Tajmas, that powers the bulk purchase and resale of high-demand consumer electronics (like iPhones and Samsung devices), where your capital is used by Tajmas to prepay suppliers, complete trade cycles and generate consistent profit, from which you receive a fixed monthly income for life.

#03. What makes this different from other opportunities?

Unlike traditional vehicles that tie your capital up for years with slow or interest-based returns, this model returns your full capital in just 12 weeks and provides fixed-percentage, monthly payouts for life and cross-generationally, all powered by real-world trade, not debt or speculation.

#04. Is this investment Shariah-compliant?

Yes, this investment is structured without interest (riba), avoids uncertainty (gharar) and is based on asset-backed trading of real goods, aligning with core Shariah principles by generating profit through tangible business activity rather than speculative finance.

#05. What’s the minimum investment amount?

The initial participation in this Bond Profit Share Agreement is structured as a $20,000,000 capital deployment, forming the basis of a live case study to validate execution, yield consistency, and reporting integrity.

This amount reflects the base volume required to run multiple concurrent trade cycles at Tajmas' full operational capacity, including the purchase and resale of high-demand premium smartphones typically priced around $1,200 per unit.

Until further notice, the minimum investment for future rounds is $1,200,000, which covers the base volume required to execute a full trade cycle of 1,000 premium smartphones, typically priced around $1,200 each.

Returns & Payouts

#06. How are profits generated so quickly?

Profits are generated within 4 to 5 days by executing short-cycle, pre-sold trade deals where Tajmas purchases high-demand electronics in bulk and resells them at a margin to confirmed buyers, all within a tightly managed import/export process through the Dubai Free Zone.

#07. Is the monthly yield forever or does it expire after a certain time?

The monthly yield is ongoing with no expiry, you continue receiving your fixed-percentage income indefinitely for as long as the Tajmas trading model operates and your position remains active. This return is also cross-generational, meaning this can be signed over to the next-of-kin of your estate.

#08. What happens if Tajmas has a bad month?

Investors receive a fixed 30% share of the actual profits generated each month from their assigned Lane Capital.

This means returns are directly tied to real performance, if Tajmas has a lower-profit month, the Investor still receives 30% of whatever profit is generated, ensuring transparency, fairness and sustainability.

#09. When do I break even on my initial investment?

You break even exactly 12 weeks after funding your position, as your full original capital is returned by then.

All future monthly payouts are pure profit.

#10. Are there any fees or hidden deductions?

No. There are no hidden charges or surprise deductions. You receive 100% of your fixed monthly profit share (30%) as outlined in your agreement.

However, if you choose to receive your payout via cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or a non-standard method, any associated fees or network charges will be deducted from your payout. These are not imposed by Tajmas or EWG but are charged by banks, exchanges, or payment networks.

#11. How long is my capital locked in for?

Your capital is deployed for a single 12-week trading cycle, after which it is returned to you in full, allowing you to withdraw or reinvest freely with no long-term lock-in.

#12. How is the monthly payout calculated?

The monthly payout is calculated as a fixed 30% share of the profits generated from Tajmas' verified trade cycles using your original capital.

Rather than a fixed return, your yield is directly tied to real-world performance, with Tajmas distributing profits transparently based on actual trade outcomes each month.

#13. How often are returns paid out?

Returns are paid out on the 25th of each month, directly via your nominated payout method.

#14. Can I get paid into any bank account?

Yes. You can receive your monthly returns into any bank account worldwide or opt for crypto payouts (with associated fees for any preference you choose).

#15. What happens to my returns if Tajmas attracts more investors?

Attracting more investors increases Tajmas’ trading capacity and access to higher volumes, strengthening supply and buyer demand, which reinforces the stability of your fixed-percentage monthly returns rather than diluting them.

#16. Is my capital guaranteed?

No. As with any real-world trading model, there is a degree of risk and capital is not contractually guaranteed. However, multiple safeguards have been implemented, including cargo insurance, a $1M personal security cheque and controlled capital deployment protocols, to protect Lender interests in the event of disruption.

That said, it’s important to note that Tajmas has maintained a 100% cycle completion rate to date. Every trade cycle has been successfully executed, with stock sold and capital recovered without loss.

These safeguards are not a reflection of expectation, but rather a testament to Tajmas' professionalism, accountability, and operational discipline, giving you confidence that your capital is deployed with precision and returned with care.

#17. Why was December’s turnover lower?
  • Retailers stock up early – Most bulk buyers place their Christmas orders in October or November to ensure shelves are filled in time for peak consumer demand.

  • Fewer trading days – Public holidays, logistics closures, and reduced staff availability across UAE and KSA slow down deal cycles.

  • Year-end purchasing freeze – Many companies pause new orders in December to close financials and manage rollover inventory.

  • Higher margins on fewer deals – Despite lower volume, Tajmas capitalised on urgent deals as well as more low-end products like Android phones, resulting in the month’s highest profit percentage (3.37%).

Deal Flow & Operations

#18. How does Tajmas manage all deals with such a small team?

Tajmas runs a lean, highly experienced team with clear roles across sourcing, sales, admin and leverages long-standing supplier and buyer relationships, streamlined logistics partners and efficient deal structures to execute multiple high-value transactions with minimal overhead.

#19. Who owns the stock during the transaction process?

Once the supplier is paid using investor capital, the stock legally belongs to Tajmas and is held in their name at the Dubai Free Zone logistics facility until it is released to the buyer.

#20. Where is the stock held during the deal cycle?

During the deal cycle, all stock is held securely at a logistics warehouse inside the Dubai Free Zone (DAFZA), where it remains under Tajmas’ control until buyer inspection and confirmed payment are completed.

#21. Who are Tajmas’ buyers or end clients?

Tajmas sells exclusively to registered trading companies within the Dubai Free Zone who purchase bulk electronics for resale into regional markets such as Egypt, Sudan and other parts of the Middle East and Africa.

#22. What does the inspection process look like?

Once stock arrives at the logistics warehouse in the Dubai Free Zone, it is checked for quantity, packaging condition and whether boxes are sealed or open. The buyer then sends a representative to verify the goods before payment is finalised and the stock is released.

#23. Can I visit Tajmas’ logistics partner or operations site?

Yes. You can arrange a site visit by appointment through our Investor Relations Team, subject to standard security protocols and scheduling.

#24. What safeguards are in place for operational issues?

Tajmas maintains multiple pre-approved buyers, a diversified supplier base and strict payment controls to reduce dependency on any single deal.

#25. Why don’t buyers source directly from suppliers in Saudi?

Most buyers lack the established relationships, licensing and logistical experience required to navigate cross-border trade with Saudi exporters. Tajmas provides a fully managed, compliant solution with faster delivery, pre-cleared goods and guaranteed access to stock.

#26. Who are Tajmas’ suppliers?

While the specific names remain confidential to protect key relationships, Tajmas sources directly from a network of trusted, high-volume exporters in Saudi Arabia who supply brand-new, sealed electronics at competitive prices suitable for bulk resale.

#27. How does Tajmas generate profit from my capital?

Tajmas uses your capital to purchase premium consumer electronics at discounted bulk rates from trusted suppliers, then resells them at a higher price to pre-confirmed buyers within the Dubai Free Zone, capturing a margin on each transaction that funds your fixed monthly returns.

#28. What happens if something happens to the founder?

In the event Tamer is unavailable, the business continues under a prepared continuity plan involving his Son (with full access and permissions), his Wife (with an accounting background), and key team members authorised to manage deals, accounts and investor relations without disruption.

#29. What if a buyer cancels after a shipment is initiated?

Tajmas works with multiple pre-qualified buyers and holds strong relationships that minimise cancellations. In the rare case a buyer withdraws, the stock remains in Tajmas’ control within the Free Zone and is immediately offered to other ready buyers without loss of ownership or capital.

#30. What happens if there’s a delay in customs or shipping?

If there’s a delay, Tajmas communicates directly with both supplier and buyer to manage expectations. Because the stock is prepaid and in Tajmas’ name, it can be reallocated to another buyer if needed to avoid disruption to investor returns.

#31. What kind of products are being traded?

Tajmas primarily trades high-demand consumer electronics such as Apple iPhones, Samsung Smartphones, AirPods, tablets and gaming consoles like PlayStation, all sourced from trusted suppliers and sold to verified buyers in bulk.

Compliance & Documentation

#32. What documentation will I receive when I invest?

You will receive your signed Bond Profit Share Agreement outlining your terms, structure and payout, along with a Bond Certificate, confirming your capital contribution and position.

#33. Do I sign a contract or agreement?

Yes. Every investor signs the Bond Profit Share Agreement that clearly defines the investment terms, payout structure, responsibilities and protections, ensuring full legal clarity and mutual accountability.

#34. Is the return taxable in my country?

Tajmas does not withhold taxes on your returns; tax treatment depends on your country of residence and personal circumstances, so you should seek independent advice from a qualified tax professional.

#35. Is this suitable for a pension or trust?

Yes. Provided your pension fund or trust allows alternative investments, this model can be structured in the name of a trust, fund, or pension vehicle. We recommend consulting your legal or financial advisor to ensure alignment with your structure’s regulations.

#36. What is EWG’s role in all of this?

EffortlessWealthGroup (EWG) assumes the role of Capital Facilitation Partner (CFP) in its strategic relationship with Tajmas. As CFP, EWG's primary responsibility is to protect Lender capital at all critical stages of the operation. This includes conducting appropriate due diligence, ensuring operational readiness and minimising risk exposure to safeguard the Lender’s position.

EWG does not manage or influence Tajmas’ internal decision-making or commercial operations. Instead, EWG acts solely as a capital gateway, facilitating access on a case-by-case basis, based on verified operational capacity and supplier readiness.

EWG maintains oversight in the interest of the Lender, ensuring capital is only released once pre-determined key conditions are met, such as secured supplier rates and proof of supply documentation. This structured approach enables EWG to act in the Lender's best interest without interfering with Tajmas’ autonomy.

Lenders participating in this structure are investing directly into Tajmas, not into EWG. EWG is simply the capital facilitator on behalf of the Lender and does not offer financial advice or portfolio management. EWG’s role is strictly administrative and logistical within this context and should not be construed as a regulated financial service.

#37. Is this compliant with UAE and international investment regulations?

Tajmas operates as a fully licensed Free Zone company in Dubai, allowing 100% foreign investment, capital and profit repatriation, and customs-free trade. Investors benefit from a clear legal framework under both Free Zone authority and UAE laws, including anti-money laundering regulations, while Tajmas’s structure is Shariah-compliant and transparent for international participants.

Account Management & Lifecycle

#38. Can I invest from outside the UAE?

Yes. International investors are fully welcome and Tajmas is structured to receive capital from anywhere in the world via secure bank transfer or crypto-payments, with all documentation and payouts managed digitally.

#39. How do I exit or cancel if I change my mind?

You can request to exit at any time after the first 90 days. Once any active 12-week trading cycle is completed, your full capital will be returned.

#40. Can I invest using my company rather than personally?

Yes. You can invest through a registered company or corporate entity instead of as an individual, and the agreement will be issued in your company’s name with returns paid directly to its nominated account.

#41. Can I transfer this investment to someone else?

Yes. Your investment position can be formally transferred to another person or entity by notifying Tajmas and signing a reassignment agreement to update the records and redirect future payouts.

#42. Can I reinvest after my capital is returned and can I open multiple accounts at once?

Yes. You can reinvest as soon as your capital is returned after 12 weeks and you may open multiple accounts simultaneously to stack your fixed monthly income across active positions.

#43. Can my family inherit the income stream?

Yes. The fixed-percentage monthly income stream is inheritable and can be passed on to your nominated beneficiary or estate, ensuring your capital continues generating returns for future generations.
